Epsom Salt is a mineral compound called Magnesium Sulphate. It is a naturally occurring mineral that was first discovered in the 17th century when it was distilled from a bitter saline spring in Epsom, Surrey.

The granular crystalline powder is soluble in water and has been a core ingredient in bath salts for many years. It is well known for its therapeutic properties. When dissolved in bath water, the magnesium is easily absorbed by the skin, replenishing the bodies supply.

Certified cruelty free and vegan friendly.

Bath soak

Add 1-2 cups of Epsom Salts to a normal sized bath and soak for at least 12 minutes.

Foot soak

Pour half a cup into a large bowl or warm water and soak your feet for around 10 minutes.

Exfoliate

Epsom Salts can be used as a gentle exfoliator. You can combine the Epsom Salts with a carrier oil to make your own exfoliating oil. We love Coconut Virgin Oil (#203) or Jojoba Golden (#233).

Post workout

Ease away the post workout aches with a relaxing Epsom Salt Bath. Add 2 cups to running water. Why not add a carrier oil and an essential oil for the ultimate post workout bath?

As with any new product always conduct a patch test before first use.
