Thyme Oil is used in aromatherapy for its fresh, powerful scent. Its penetrating aroma can help leave you feeling invigorated and revitalised. Many use this oil to help with concentration whilst studying. It is ideal to use in a diffuser or burner.

Rosemary Oil is well known for its haircare benefits and Thyme boasts similar hair care benefits. It promotes strong, healthy hair. Adding a couple of drops to your shampoo can help boost shine and strength and promote a healthy scalp.

Thyme has purifying and cleansing properties, so it can be beneficial in skincare preparations, particularly for those with oily skin.

Dilute at a maximum percentage of 1% of the finished blend, 1ml of essential oil (approx. 20 drops) to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Can cause skin sensitisation, do not use on sensitive or broken skin. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.

Add a drop or two of Thyme Oil to your favourite carrier oil and use as facial cleanser. Apply to a cotton wool pad and sweep over your skin to remove make up, dirt and grime from your skin. We love Coconut Fractionated (#218) for a lightweight facial oil.

For an energizing atmosphere, add our Thyme to your diffuser or burner.

Use in a massage blend with a carrier oil, to enjoy the invigorating and stimulating powers of Thyme Oil. We recommend Sweet Almond (#215), Grapeseed (#210) or Coconut Oil (#203).

Add a couple of drops to your shampoo or try creating an intensive hair mask combining Thyme and Rosemary Essential Oil with a carrier oil. We recommend Extra Virgin Olive Oil (#223) or (#203).

As with any new product always conduct a patch test before first use.
