Our Toasted Argan Oil is made with roasted kernels, which gives the oil its rich, nutty flavour. The aroma can be quite strong but you only need to use a small amount to give any food some extra flavour and to enjoy the nutritional benefits.
Organic Toasted Argan Oil is packed full nutrients and vitamins. This wonder oil, known as liquid gold, is super nutritious, super healthy and tastes great too. It is packed full of Vitamin A and E, powerful antioxidants and unsaturated fatty acids making this oil a must have for those looking for a healthier alternative to typical vegetable oil. It contains Linoleic and Oleic Acids, Omega 6 and 9 essential fatty acids. These are polyunsaturated fatty acids and are far healthier for you than saturated fatty acids. These are the so-called “good fats” that are needed for everyday health and well-being.
Spruce up your dishes by adding some Toasted Argan Oil to your cuisine. It has a smoke point of approximately 220’C so is suitable for using in cooking.
This versatile oil can be used in salad dressings, pasta dishes, drizzled over grilled fish or meat, roasting vegetables and many more. It adds flavour and richness.
Use as a dip for bread. Has a natural nutty flavour but can also be seasoned to suit by adding salt or pepper.
Use instead of traditional vegetable oils to lightly fry vegetables, fish or even meat, although it loses some of its nutrients in the frying process and it can also lose a little of its flavour.
To make a simple and healthy salad dressing, combine Toasted Argan Oil with some lemon juice and use in any salads.
When using pure Toasted Argan Oil in cooking, add it to the foods only at the very end so the heat does not destroy the nutrients.

The oil is extracted from the kernels inside the argan fruit. This fruit comes from the argan tree that used to grow in all parts of Morocco but is now primarily in the south-west part of the country. The trees are protected by UNESCO and the oil is produced mainly by local women’s co-operatives.
